This Payment Policy describes the accepted payment methods, billing practices, and related terms for purchases made through https://mplusbio.com or directly with Martoda Biotech Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201801043037 / 1405069-M).
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online Banking (FPX): Direct bank transfer via Malaysian banking institutions
- Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (processed via a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway)
- E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost (where available)
- Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to our corporate bank account (details provided upon order confirmation)
- Cheque: Payable to "Martoda Biotech Sdn Bhd" (for bulk/corporate orders only)
2. Currency
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For international orders, currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate. We are not responsible for any foreign exchange fees or conversion charges.
3. Order Confirmation and Payment
An order is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. For bank transfer payments, the order will be processed upon verification of the transfer receipt, which must be submitted to [email protected] or via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed orders after 48 hours.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable Malaysian Sales and Service Tax (SST) where required. Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout based on delivery location and order weight. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice; however, orders confirmed and paid will be honoured at the price at the time of purchase.
5. Payment Security
All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. All payment data is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols during transmission.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please verify your card details, billing address, and available balance, or contact your bank. You may retry the payment or choose an alternative payment method. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your bank for failed transactions.
7. Invoicing
An electronic invoice will be issued for all confirmed orders and sent to the email address provided at checkout. For GST/SST tax invoices required for business expense claims, please contact us at [email protected] with your company registration details.
8. Instalment Plans
Instalment payment options may be available for eligible credit cards through our payment gateway. Availability depends on your card issuer and the total order value. We do not charge additional fees for approved instalment plans; however, your bank may impose interest or handling charges.
